We accept cancellation requests up to 24h after the order is placed.

Due to the nature of the products and for health and hygiene reasons we’re unable to accept exchanges or returns for refund. However if you receive a damaged or wrong product we’re happy to arrange for a replacement or give you your money back.
If your order needs to be returned for any reason, it must be returned unopened in its original packaging. If we believe the product has been used, a refund will not be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
