Return Policy

DAMAGED GOODS

If any of the items in your order are damaged or if you have received the wrong item by mistake, please contact our customer service at thatsoddbeauty@gmail.com as soon as you can. To correctly identify your order, we will need your order number that you can find in your order confirmation. We gladly provide a replacement for any items that you may have received damaged or incorrectly.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

We accept cancellation requests up to 24h after the order is placed.

Due to the nature of the products and for health and hygiene reasons we’re unable to accept exchanges or returns for refund

If your order needs to be returned for any reason, it must be returned unopened in its original packaging. If we believe the product has been used, a refund will not be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the order is returned to sender due to incomplete/inaccessible address, several unsuccessful delivery attempts or because it was not picked up at the pickup point – it will be canceled and the money refunded in full as soon as the order is received by Odd Beauty or as soon as Odd Beauty has confirmation of it being returned. We will not reship returned products. If you wish you can place a new order, depending on existing stock.
